Ambiance: The place is relatively quiet and the private rooms are spacious enough and nice. It has its own bathroom but unfortunately no toilet unlike other private rooms.Their common room, I must say, looks neat and relaxing but it would be much better if all (male or female common room) of the rooms/beds are located on the 2nd floor and not just adjacent the receiving area or lobby. Sometimes you can see the people inside from the sheer, white, curtains so I think it would be kind of uneasy to have your full body massage with the thought of accidental peek a boo. Anyway, common room at the ground floor is actually okay just as long as the covers are not only curtains.
Staff: Staff are nice and their therapists are very good. My Cool Mint Spa is under the management of The Palm Garden Health Spa, the first who introduced health spa concept in the Philippines, so I think they really underwent rigorous training.
